There is no automated shut off: our logs are checked by real people for optimal drying. Our logs are also left to cool completely before packing to reduce the risk of mould.

We understand that the way firewood is stored and dried has a huge impact on how it burns. For our logs, adequate space is maintained between log crates before they're placed into the drying kiln. Some suppliers pack their kilns too full, which doesn't allow good heat and air circulation.
